So Long as You follow what Islam teaches...Submission to Allah and Following the Teachings of  Prophet Mohamed (S.A.W) and Following the Rightly Guided Caliphas (Abubakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali (R.Anhum), You are a Muslim.

 Any Small deviation on that, You are NOT A MUSLIM.
